1. Click on the "printable version" button above. This will load a printer ready version of this document.
2. After the image loads, right click on the image and select "Save Picture as .."
3. Click "Save" to save the file to your hard drive. Be sure to take note of the directory location and file name.
4. Start your favorite image viewer and open the saved file from the directory location mentioned above.
5. Select print from your file menu. Do not resize the image or select landscape mode. Use the best print quality possible.
